Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHLD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,090 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHLD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Immunoglobulin production involved in immunoglobulin-mediated immune response, Somatic diversification of immunoglobulins involved in immune response, and Regulation of plasma cell differentiation. Each is linked with SHLD1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHLD1-to-partner and partner-to-SHLD1 results are reported.
