SHLD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHLD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,490 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHLD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYTL2, IQCN, and PAK1IP1. Each is linked with SHLD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHLD1-to-partner and partner-to-SHLD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHLD1 versus SYTL2 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHLD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHLD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
