Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHISAL2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,445 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SHISAL2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MICU3, RGS7BP, and LIN7A. Each is linked with SHISAL2B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHISAL2B-to-partner and partner-to-SHISAL2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHISAL2B versus MICU3 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHISAL2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHISAL2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
