The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher SHISAL2A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SHISAL2A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and LUAD are the cancer types where SHISAL2A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
