SHISAL2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHISAL2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,216 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHISAL2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CORO1A, DOCK2, and DOCK8. Each is linked with SHISAL2A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHISAL2A-to-partner and partner-to-SHISAL2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHISAL2A versus CORO1A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHISAL2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHISAL2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
