SHISAL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHISAL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,221 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHISAL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNPO, COL3A1, and FLNC. Each is linked with SHISAL1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHISAL1-to-partner and partner-to-SHISAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHISAL1 versus SYNPO in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHISAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHISAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
