SHISA9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHISA9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,997 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHISA9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL7P43, SPTLC1P5, and MTCYBP7. Each is linked with SHISA9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHISA9-to-partner and partner-to-SHISA9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL7P43 grouped by SHISA9-low versus SHISA9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHISA9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHISA9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
