SHISA7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHISA7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,231 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHISA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEZ6L, SOX10, and SEPTIN3. Each is linked with SHISA7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHISA7-to-partner and partner-to-SHISA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHISA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHISA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
