Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHISA7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,253 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHISA7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, Regulation of blood pressure, and Positive regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with SHISA7 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHISA7-to-partner and partner-to-SHISA7 results are reported.
