The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher SHISA6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SHISA6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
READ and UCEC are the cancer types where SHISA6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
