SHISA6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHISA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,370 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHISA6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UTRN, CLUH, and DDAH2. Each is linked with SHISA6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHISA6-to-partner and partner-to-SHISA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHISA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHISA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
