Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHISA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 230 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHISA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5MGP7, RNA5SP86, and LYPLA1P1. Each is linked with SHISA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHISA4-to-partner and partner-to-SHISA4 results are reported.
