Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHISA4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHISA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSK3-a-b, Smad3, and Src_pY416. Each is linked with SHISA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHISA4-to-partner and partner-to-SHISA4 results are reported.
