Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHISA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,981 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHISA4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Process utilizing autophagic mechanism, and Autophagy. Each is linked with SHISA4 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHISA4-to-partner and partner-to-SHISA4 results are reported.
