SHISA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHISA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,889 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHISA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL14A1, ZFPM2, and MGP. Each is linked with SHISA3 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHISA3-to-partner and partner-to-SHISA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHISA3 versus COL14A1 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHISA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHISA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
