SHISA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHISA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHISA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are VAX1, SDR9C7, and BPIFA1. Each is linked with SHISA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHISA3-to-partner and partner-to-SHISA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VAX1 grouped by SHISA3-low versus SHISA3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHISA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHISA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
