Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHISA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,755 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SHISA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGFBP5, ATP8A2, and LMX1B. Each is linked with SHISA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHISA2-to-partner and partner-to-SHISA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHISA2 versus IGFBP5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHISA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHISA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
