Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHISA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SHISA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Ku80, and MEK1. Each is linked with SHISA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHISA2-to-partner and partner-to-SHISA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by SHISA2-low versus SHISA2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHISA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHISA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
