Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHISA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,122 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHISA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Mitochondrial electron transport, cytochrome c to oxygen, and Sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with SHISA2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHISA2-to-partner and partner-to-SHISA2 results are reported.
