SHH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,331 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM2, PUDP, and PYGL. Each is linked with SHH in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHH-to-partner and partner-to-SHH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHH versus TRIM2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHH→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
