Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHH protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 822 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRAC, SIT1_S182, and SNX6_S194. Each is linked with SHH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHH-to-partner and partner-to-SHH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHH versus TRAC in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
