SHH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHH-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, KRTAP4-1, and FGFBP2. Each is linked with SHH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHH-to-partner and partner-to-SHH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by SHH-low versus SHH-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHH→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
