SHFL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHFL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,133 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHFL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DTX3L, OAS2, and BST2. Each is linked with SHFL in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHFL-to-partner and partner-to-SHFL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHFL versus DTX3L in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHFL→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHFL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
