Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHFL RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,337 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHFL-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHX58, HELZ2, and IFI6. Each is linked with SHFL in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHFL-to-partner and partner-to-SHFL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHFL versus DHX58 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.
