SHE

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHE protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,685 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHE-associated genes across cancer lineages are JAM2, FRZB, and FAM162B. Each is linked with SHE in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHE-to-partner and partner-to-SHE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHE versus JAM2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHE→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
