SHE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,430 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHE-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL341P, MIR6737, and TAF9. Each is linked with SHE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHE-to-partner and partner-to-SHE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL341P grouped by SHE-low versus SHE-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHE→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
