Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHE RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 634 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHE-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Axoneme assembly, Regulation of cardiac muscle cell membrane repolarization, and Microtubule bundle formation. Each is linked with SHE in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHE-to-partner and partner-to-SHE results are reported.
