SHCBP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHCBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,635 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHCBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLK1, CCNB1, and CEP55. Each is linked with SHCBP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHCBP1-to-partner and partner-to-SHCBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHCBP1 versus PLK1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHCBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHCBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
