Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHCBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SHCBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP21-2, NKX2-6, and FAM24A. Each is linked with SHCBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHCBP1-to-partner and partner-to-SHCBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP21-2 grouped by SHCBP1-low versus SHCBP1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHCBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHCBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
