SHC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,550 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOMM22P6, RN7SL215P, and TEMN3-AS1. Each is linked with SHC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHC4-to-partner and partner-to-SHC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
