SHC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,013 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1C, UTRN, and STXBP1. Each is linked with SHC2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHC2-to-partner and partner-to-SHC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHC2 versus MYO1C in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
