Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,175 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of TORC1 signaling. Each is linked with SHC2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHC2-to-partner and partner-to-SHC2 results are reported.
