SHC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,315 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLS3, P3H1, and P3H3. Each is linked with SHC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHC1-to-partner and partner-to-SHC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHC1 versus PLS3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
