Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,037 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SHC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHKA, CHDH, and CYP4X1. Each is linked with SHC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHC1-to-partner and partner-to-SHC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHC1 versus CHKA in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
