SHANK3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHANK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,924 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHANK3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LAMA4, VWF, and NID2. Each is linked with SHANK3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHANK3-to-partner and partner-to-SHANK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHANK3 versus LAMA4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHANK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHANK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
