SHANK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHANK3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHANK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIGAR, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with SHANK3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHANK3-to-partner and partner-to-SHANK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIGAR grouped by SHANK3-low versus SHANK3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHANK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHANK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
