SHANK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHANK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,324 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHANK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM52, NIPSNAP1, and RPS5. Each is linked with SHANK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHANK3-to-partner and partner-to-SHANK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM52 grouped by SHANK3-low versus SHANK3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHANK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHANK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
