SHANK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHANK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,593 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHANK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SHANK2_S96, SHANK2_S452, and SHANK2_S43. Each is linked with SHANK2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHANK2-to-partner and partner-to-SHANK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHANK2 versus SHANK2_S96 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHANK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHANK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
