SHANK2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHANK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,470 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHANK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHANK2-AS2, SHANK2-AS1, and SHANK2-AS3. Each is linked with SHANK2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHANK2-to-partner and partner-to-SHANK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHANK2 versus SHANK2-AS2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHANK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHANK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
