SHANK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHANK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,714 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHANK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHCHD1, DLGAP5, and UQCRH. Each is linked with SHANK2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHANK2-to-partner and partner-to-SHANK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHCHD1 grouped by SHANK2-low versus SHANK2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHANK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHANK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
