SHANK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHANK2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHANK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAI-1, eIF4E, and GAPDH. Each is linked with SHANK2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHANK2-to-partner and partner-to-SHANK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAI-1 grouped by SHANK2-low versus SHANK2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHANK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHANK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
