SHANK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHANK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,950 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHANK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THBS2, CTHRC1, and MMP2. Each is linked with SHANK1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHANK1-to-partner and partner-to-SHANK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHANK1 versus THBS2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHANK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHANK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
