Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHANK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,807 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SHANK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOP1B, NT5C1A, and MAPK8IP1. Each is linked with SHANK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHANK1-to-partner and partner-to-SHANK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHANK1 versus DOP1B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHANK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHANK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
