SHANK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHANK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,889 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHANK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR180, GLOD4, and PBK. Each is linked with SHANK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHANK1-to-partner and partner-to-SHANK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR180 grouped by SHANK1-low versus SHANK1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHANK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHANK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
