SHANK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHANK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 848 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHANK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMCP, SLURP1, and MRGPRG. Each is linked with SHANK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHANK1-to-partner and partner-to-SHANK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMCP grouped by SHANK1-low versus SHANK1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHANK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHANK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
