Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3YL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,452 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3YL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AIF1_S39, THEMIS2, and THEMIS2_T593. Each is linked with SH3YL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3YL1-to-partner and partner-to-SH3YL1 results are reported.
