SH3TC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3TC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,803 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3TC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH3TC2-DT, MFAP3, and TMC7. Each is linked with SH3TC2 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3TC2-to-partner and partner-to-SH3TC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SH3TC2 versus SH3TC2-DT in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3TC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3TC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
