SH3TC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3TC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3TC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PR, eIF4E, and MEK1. Each is linked with SH3TC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3TC2-to-partner and partner-to-SH3TC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PR grouped by SH3TC2-low versus SH3TC2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3TC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3TC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
