SH3RF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3RF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,195 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3RF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSPC1, PES1, and MCAT. Each is linked with SH3RF3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3RF3-to-partner and partner-to-SH3RF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSPC1 grouped by SH3RF3-low versus SH3RF3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3RF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3RF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
