SH3RF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SH3RF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 128 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SH3RF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRHR, SULT1C3, and SLC5A8. Each is linked with SH3RF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3RF3-to-partner and partner-to-SH3RF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRHR grouped by SH3RF3-low versus SH3RF3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SH3RF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SH3RF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
